What You'll Require

Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice
Eggs (Optional)

Pre Preparation

Optional: If you want to make the roll with egg. Beat 2 eggs with salt and black pepper powder, keep aside

Cooking

Cooking chicken for the roll

Heat oil in a Kadhai or Wok add half the sliced onion saute till translucent approx 2-3 minutes on high heat

Add marinated chicken and saute for 7-9 minutes on high heat, stir constantly to prevent burning.

Once chicken is cooked add chopped coriander, melted butter, lemon juice and kebab seasoning.

Mix well and remove into a plate or bowl

Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan
