What You'll Require

For Basting: Butter 5-10 gms or Oil 1-2 tbsp
Utensils
- 1 x Roasting rack and tray
- 1 x Serving plate
Pre Preparation

Pre - heat oven to 180 degree Celsius

Wash chat potatoes

Wash and chop coriander
Cooking
Cooking Roast Chicken

Remove marinated chicken from pack and place on roasting rack on tray, baste with oil or butter

Sprinkle oil, salt and pepper to chat potatoes, mix well and place on the roasting tray along with the chicken

Place in oven and bake at 180 deg Celsius baste with oil or butter after around 10 minutes of cooking. Cook for further 10-12 minutes

Remove from oven, rest for 5 minutes, remove to a serving plate

To Serve
Garnish with roughly chopped coriander and sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken and roast potatoes. Serve warm with mint raita and soft bread roll.
