Cooking the Pork Chops
Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat, add the marinated pork chops, sear on both sides on high heat.
Lower the heat to medium and cook for further 5-7 minutes on each side.
Note 1: While the pork chops are cooking you can prepare the Buttered Pao.
Note 2: In a salad bowl add the salad veggies with the Salad Seasoning and Lemon juice, mix well and keep aside.
Remove Pork Chops from pan to a serving plate.
Cut the Pao in half and apply butter on all sides.
Heat a Frying Pan and place the buttered pao and grill till golden brown.
Flip and grill till golden brown.
Make the Salad
Put the washed Salad veggies, leaf and diced tomato in a serving bowl, add salad seasoning.
Garnish Pork chops and salad with roughly chopped coriander. Serve Hot with Buttered Pao and salad.
